The Camel Roundabout

Rabi Al Akhras

This work is made up of two extremely tall stylized three piece camel sculptures that are located at each end of a large traffic circle at the Northern Corniche in the Obhur district of Jeddah. As you move arround the traffic circle the three pieces of each of the scultures appear to come together to form an exaggerated camel shape. The orgibnal name of this Sculpture is not known, but it has come to be known as 'The Camel Roundabout'.
